Job Description

Digital Construct is seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience building websites using JavaScript, React, and WordPress, as well as a solid understanding of AI technologies and automation. You will be responsible for creating dynamic and user-friendly websites for clients and integrating AI-driven solutions. We’re looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using JavaScript, React, and WordPress.
- Implement AI-based automations and solutions to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
- Build and integrate Telegram bots and work with Python to create efficient, automated systems.
- Collaborate with our creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality websites.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and AI technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues that arise during development.
- Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web development.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, React, and WordPress development.
- Experience working with Python and building Telegram bots.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and a proven ability to create AI-driven automations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website projects and AI automations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be located near Summit, Addis Ababa, and available for full-time work in our office.
