Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our clients. You will play a key role in enhancing online visibility, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement through innovative content, community management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
· Manage day-to-day social media content creation, curation, and scheduling.
· Work closely with clients to understand their goals and craft campaigns tailored to their target audiences.
· Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling and on-brand content.
· Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
· Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
· Develop influencer and partnership strategies where relevant.

Qualifications
· Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
· Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
· Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail.
· Ability to create engaging content (including basic graphic design and video editing skills).
· Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
· Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.

Preferred
· Experience managing social media for clients in diverse industries.
· Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and broader digital marketing strategies.
