Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products by conducting tests, identifying issues, and collaborating with developers to improve performance and reliability. You will play a key role in our development process, ensuring that every product release is of the highest standard.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
Perform manual testing on web applications, mobile applications, and/or software products.
Identify, document, and track bugs using [jira].
Work closely with development, product, and design teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development process.
Conduct regression testing and ensure consistency across releases.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for scalable test automation.
Provide thorough documentation of test processes and results.
Participate in continuous improvement processes to drive quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
Proficient in [tools such as Selenium or Postman].
Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data validation is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing.
Knowledge of performance and/or security testing.
