Job Description

Part Time Program Coordinator
(CSO without Donors)
Organization for Learning and Development (OfLaD)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nonprofit management, education, business administration, or a related discipline. A master's degree is desirable but not mandatory.
Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in program coordination, event planning, community engagement, fundraising, or a related field within the nonprofit sector.
Familiarity with learning and development principles, community dynamics, and fundraising strategies.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, implement, and monitor programs and initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and effectively convey the mission and goals of the organization.
Relationship-building and networking skills to establish partnerships and engage with stakeholders, including volunteers, partner organizations, local administration, and businesses.
Proficiency in using project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, fundraising platforms, and social media for event promotion and communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify challenges, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
Flexibility and adaptability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
Passion for education, learning, and community development, with a deep commitment to OfLaD's mission and the goal of generating sustainable support.
Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to nonprofit organizations, fundraising, and community engagement.

Salary : upto 10,000birr /month depending on experience and qualification
