Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Fulfillment and Operations Assistant. At Shaba Closet, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, helping manage product sourcing, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee product sourcing, from identifying new products to managing inventory.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with bikers to make sure orders are picked up on time and delivered efficiently.
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, updating product listings, and maintaining customer records.
Contacting customers in a friendly manner to make sure of order delivery
Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, streamline tasks, and add value wherever possible.
Key Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related administrative role.
Comfortable with technology, able to quickly learn and adapt to various tools and platforms.
Fluent in English
A proactive problem-solver who can handle challenges effectively.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
Proficient in office software (Excel, Notion, etc.).
Access to a reliable computer and a stable internet connection.
