Job Description
AIT Technology is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
N.B Computer skills are mandatory to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance in Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, and English.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys as required, using Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, or English.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, utilizing Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, or English.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services in Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, or English.
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
Fluent in Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, or English.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and software.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
