Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking IT specialist to join our team. As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our payment and insurance system. Your main responsibilities will include processing payments, managing insurance systems, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage payment processing and make systems effective.
2. Administer and maintain insurance including uploading necessary information and documentation.
3. Process visas for individuals and ensure their timely activation.
4. Perform regular follow-ups on visa expiration date.
5. Approve and manage contracts for new individuals.
6. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with the online payment and insurance systems.
7. Collaborate with team members to improve system functionality and user experience.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
2. Proven experience in managing online payment systems and insurance platforms.
3. Strong IT skills and proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Knowledge of visa processing procedures and regulations is a plus.
